Nafella LLC (Nafella) recognizes that your privacy is important. The following document is intended to inform you of the focus of the Nafella Privacy Policy and the type and kind of information that Nafella receives and collects when you become a member of Nafella.com.

Nafella Privacy Focus Summary

Currently Nafella provides the following ways in which you can connect with friends, family, colleagues and others:

1. Nafella Private Circles: for small, private and personal networking
2. Naflogger™: Content based networking circles for registered Nafella members only.
3. Nafella Social Networking Circles: for registered subscriber Nafella members only

Nafella endeavors to preserve your privacy in three ways:

1. Minimal personal information (i.e. a valid email id) is required to become a member of Nafella.com and use your private Nafella Console.
2. A Nafella member is given the option to include additional personal information in his/her Nafella profile in the My Account link on his/her private Nafella Console.
3. Nafella members are given the option to hide or display the amount of information they wish to show to their circles of friends, family and others. These options include displaying:
1. Nothing, which is most private;
2. Only to individuals in their address book; and .
3. c) To all Nafella registered members who are subscribers to the Nafella Social Networking Circles. Option (c) is least private but allows for most networking. Nafella members who choose this profile display option will be requested to provide a valid credit card number and subscribe to Nafella Networking Circles on a quarterly or annual basis. Nafella Social Networking Circles give members the option to search profiles and contact each other.

Nafella holds the rights to discontinue membership of anyone who uses Nafella to     

1. distribute any type of content it deems to be either illegal or contravening what it considers are community sensibilities; and
2. establish or participate in networks that are either illegal or contravening community sensibilities. No reasons need be given for such actions to suspend membership taken by Nafella.

What This Privacy Policy Covers

• This policy covers how Nafella treats personal information that Nafella collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Nafella products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, credit card number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
• This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Nafella does not own or control or to people that Nafella does not employ or manage. In addition, certain Nafella associated companies and advertisers may have their own privacy statements which can be viewed by clicking on the links they provide on their site.

Information Collection and Use

• Nafella collects personal information when you register with Nafella.com, when you use Nafella products and services including but not limited to, Nafella Private Circles, Memory Keeper™, Naflogger, Nafella Social Networking Circles, when you visit Nafella pages and the pages of Nafella advertisers (business partners), and when you enter promotions and sweepstakes.  
• Nafella will not share information requested during Nafella registration with our advertisers or business partners unless you provide information to them directly during your transactions with them.
• When you register for Nafella Private Circles modules, we ask for information such as your name, email address, alternate email id, and gender which we will share with our advertisers and business partners on an anonymous aggregate basis for purposes listed in this section (anonymous aggregate data includes but is not limited to data on groups of Nafella members by gender, state/country location etc., with no reference to personal information).
• When you register for Nafella Social Networking Circle modules, we ask for information such as your name, email address, alternate email id, gender and valid credit card information and an annual subscription fee.
• When you register for Nafella membership, information you enter will be secured in encrypted form on secure servers. This information will not be shared .
• Once you register with Nafella and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
• Nafella collects information about your transactions on an anonymous aggregate basis and information about your use of advertiser products and services that we or our advertisers offer.
• Nafella automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Nafella cookie information, and the page you request.
• Nafella uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see and/or select to view, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, to contact you and conduct research.

Children

• Children under age 14 are not encouraged to register with Nafella.com. Nafella does not contact children 14 years and younger about special offers or for marketing purposes.
• Children under age 18 may not register for Nafella Social Networking modules.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

• Nafella does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Nafella under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Nafella communicate with you about offers from Nafella and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.
  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims;
  • We believe it is necessary to share information that contravenes community sensibilities in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Nafella's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Nafella is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Nafella will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• Nafella displays targeted advertisements based on personal information entered during registration. Advertisers (including ad serving companies) may assume that people who interact with, view, or click on targeted ads meet the targeting criteria - for example, women ages 22-30 from a particular geographic area.
• Nafella does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an advertisement you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.
• Nafella advertisers may include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, health care providers, consulting and software companies).
• Nafella works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

Cookies

• Nafella may set and access Nafella cookies on your computer.
• Nafella lets other companies that show advertisements on some of our pages set and access their cookies on your computer. Other companies' use of their cookies is subject to their own privacy policies, not this one. Advertisers or other companies do not have access to Nafella's cookies.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

General
• You can edit your Nafella Account Information (with the exception of your primary email id and Nafella Login Name Id) at any time on your personal Nafella Console
• We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the Nafella services, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Nafella Newsletter, that are considered part of your Nafella account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
• You can delete your Nafella account by sending an email to Nafella Administrator AT Nafella DOT com.
